Helios

Hey all! I hope you have all been well. Sorry for the skip of a week on freebie patterns. I was feeling a bit rough towards the first of the week but I’m much better now. I’m also working on a few more throws. Basically a few days of nothing but sitting kickstarted some crojo and I finished one I’d been working on for a few months and then completely unraveled and redid another from start to finish. Productive butt sitting.

I’ve also been working on more hook cases, and I’m trying to also work on a sewn project bag with hook pockets in it too. I’m getting there on a working design. Probably just a few more trial runs and we will be good to go.

Now anyways the main reason you are here…

This pattern is multifunctional and can be adjusted to different yarn weights. Use the hook that the yarn you are using suggests on the label. There are instructions on how much yarn you’ll need for each and how many chain stitches as well.

Repeat Row 2 till blanket reaches desired length

Suggested Row Counts:

Worsted- 65 rows

Bulky- 52 rows

Super Bulky- 38 rows

Last Row:

Ch 3, dc in same dc, *ch 4, sc in ch 2 sp of next Shell, ch 4**, V-st in ch 2 sp of next V-st, repeat from * to end of row ending row at **

Corners:

I suggest either pom poms or tassels for the corners. Because of the lace pattern of it there is no border, but the tassels or pompoms add a great finishing touch.

Happy Crocheting
