Scrubby Dishcloth Pattern

Needing a quickie pattern?
Its basically what I needed making this. I needed a project that I could finish and get that bit of gratification of finishing a project. I love getting to have a good quick project that I can bust out a few of in a day and we all know that is definitely not blankets.

Don’t get me wrong, I love blankets, but they definitely aren’t quick in making them so it takes a while before you make that last stitch, finish off and declare you are done. There’s just something amazing about that.

I wanted to make something with some texture for either use in the shower/ bath or when you’re doing dishes and have something super pesky you’re dealing with that won’t come off without a bit of elbow grease.

For packaging that was also fun I got to experiment with some wax seals and dried flowers. I make thing for my family for Christmas most years, so getting to play around with a really cute way to package something is always fun. I definitely learned a lesson however. When you put the wax on the ribbon…make sure there’s something between the ribbon and your project in case wax seeps through. (My Wander Yarn labels worked great for this btw) I "cough* may have ruined one of my dishcloths in the beginning by not doing that and now it may have a big splotch of wax on it, so word of caution.

Anyways, main reason you’re here is not to listen to my ramblings, but to get you a quickie pattern. As always there is an option to pick it up from my Etsy and Ravelry shops, and this month subscribers got 60% off codes, it will work on the new pattern too.
